My goal is to establish a well-managed, sustainable livestock farm that grows responsibly over time while maintaining and improving the property I lease. Initially, I plan to focus on raising a small herd of beef cattle, along with goats and donkeys. The livestock will be managed using rotational grazing practices whenever possible to promote healthy pastures, reduce soil erosion, and improve forage quality.
I will maintain all fences, gates, watering systems, and pastures to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and productive. Any barns or existing structures will be kept in good condition, and I am willing to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs with the landowner's approval. Weed control, mowing, and pasture management will be ongoing priorities to preserve the appearance and value of the land.
As the operation becomes established, I plan to gradually expand the cattle herd while continuing to produce or purchase high-quality hay for winter feeding. Equipment will be stored neatly, and manure will be managed responsibly to protect water quality and maintain a healthy environment.
My long-term vision is to build a financially sustainable farm that reflects good stewardship, responsible animal care, and respect for the property. I am committed to maintaining open communication with the landowner, following all lease agreements, and treating the farm as if it were my own. My objective is to create a productive agricultural operation that benefits both myself and the property owner through a long-term, reliable leasing relationship.

I hold an Associate's degree in Animal Science and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Agricultural Business from SUNY Cobleskill. My education has provided me with a strong background in livestock production, animal health and nutrition, farm management, agricultural economics, business planning, and the practical skills needed to operate a successful farm.
In addition to my education, I currently work part-time at Hanehan Family Dairy, where I continue to gain valuable hands-on experience in the daily operation of a commercial dairy farm. My responsibilities include caring for livestock, assisting with feeding and herd management, operating farm equipment, and completing general farm maintenance. This experience has strengthened my understanding of the commitment, responsibility, and work ethic required to manage a productive agricultural operation.
I also work at Capital Tractor in Greenwich, New York, where I assist farmers and landowners with agricultural equipment sales and support. This position has expanded my knowledge of tractors, hay equipment, livestock equipment, and modern farming practices while allowing me to build relationships within the local agricultural community.
My education and hands-on experience have prepared me to responsibly lease and manage farmland. I am committed to caring for livestock, maintaining the property, and being a dependable tenant. My long-term goal is to establish a sustainable livestock farm while preserving the land and contributing to the local farming community.

Last year, I also participated in producing hay, including mowing, tedding, raking, baling, and hauling, which provided valuable experience in forage production and ensuring a dependable feed supply for my livestock. My goal is to continue expanding my livestock operation while maintaining healthy animals, productive pastures, and a well-managed farm.

I am seeking a farm that includes a livable house and adequate acreage to support my livestock operation. The home will serve as my primary residence, allowing me to be on-site to provide daily care for my animals and respond quickly to any emergencies. I also need pasture, reliable fencing, and barn or storage space to safely house my beef cattle, goats, and donkeys, as well as store hay, feed, and equipment. Living on the property is essential to effectively manage the farm, maintain the land, and ensure the health and well-being of my livestock while building a long-term agricultural operation.
Desired Tenure
I am open to several arrangements that will help me establish my farming operation, including a short-term rental, rent-to-own agreement, or seller financing. My goal is to build equity and eventually own the property while demonstrating that I am a responsible and reliable steward of the land. I am looking for a flexible arrangement that benefits both the landowner and myself, allowing me to care for the property, maintain its value, and continue growing my livestock operation with the intention of creating a long-term agricultural homestead.
