I am an emerging regenerative flower farmer building toward the establishment of a diversified small farm in the Hudson Valley/Columbia County region. My farming experience began with completing Soul Fire Farm’s Soul Fire in the City program, where I learned the fundamentals of growing food, soil stewardship, and community-based agriculture. Following the program, I maintained an urban vegetable garden for two years, growing a variety of vegetables and applying those principles in practice.
I also have experience caring for indoor plants, including African violets and a coffee plant, and I continue to expand my horticultural knowledge through independent study and hands-on growing.
My long-term vision is to establish a regenerative flower farm focused on cut flowers, native perennials, pollinator habitat, and ecological restoration. I plan to use practices that build healthy soil, support biodiversity, minimize chemical inputs, and steward the land for future generations. I envision the farm as more than a production space—it will also serve as a place for environmental education, arts, wellness, and community gathering, creating a financially sustainable model rooted in care for both people and the land.

I am seeking a property that includes year-round housing, reliable electrical service, and dependable water access for both household and agricultural use. Basic equipment or existing agricultural infrastructure would be beneficial but is not required. I am interested in land that can support the gradual development of a regenerative flower farm and diversified agricultural enterprise. Existing outbuildings, greenhouse space, or storage would be welcomed but are not essential, as I plan to expand infrastructure over time. My focus is on finding a property with a solid foundation for sustainable farming rather than one that is fully developed.
A modest single-family home is preferred. I intend to live on the property full-time as the owner-operator while establishing and managing the farm.
