I'm looking for land to raise some animals on, preferably pigs, poultry goats and sheep. I'd like to grow a 1/2 acre of garden vegetables to reduce my food expenses. No-till and regenerative agriculture practices are what I follow for several years now. Mixed cover crops helps build the soil.

I spent 8 summers unloading hay wagons and stacking the small square bales in the barns. My family had chickens, ducks and rabbits when I was growing up and a very large garden growing most of the vegetables we needed during the summer and fall.

I believe that it's best to have different species following each other in pastures with adequate recovery time. For example poultry species, then overseed pasture seed where needed and immediately raise pigs in that pasture, then once it's recovered raise the goats/sheep on it. Keep daily or bi-daily rotation of small paddocks with higher density animals.
Marketing Method
Direct marketing is what I'm primarily looking at doing, using Facebook and Joel Salatin style of promoting by word of mouth. My family is happy to help promote my products produced.
