The property lies just south of Ithaca. It contains a mixture of grassland, forest, and streams. Although the land is slightly rolling, it has great potential to become a beautiful, bountiful, and diverse agroecological farm. Our vision is to develop a complex, interdependent food system that incorporates livestock, food forests, and diverse fruit and vegetable production.

The property was used as grassland for horses. We are not aware of any other dedicated land use on the site.
Tenure Options
In the short term we would like to lease the property to support small livestock (goats/sheep) grazing. In the longer term we are interested in finding trustworthy, enthusiastic, and fun loving individuals with whom we can partner to explore ways to create a diverse, healthy, and abundant agroecological farm.

Livestock / Crops Description
In the short term we are interested in leasing the land to folks who need pasture to run sheep/goats. We are also in the beginning stages of setting up poultry production. Longer term, we are planning on developing an orchard, food forest, and diverse fruit and vegetable production.
