Sovereign Hilltop Farm

Sovereign Hilltop is in a transitional period from being a 5 acre horse boarding and training facility to an intentional community of professionals modeling new ways to live in cooperation with the earth.  We are set up to raise poultry, Eggs and broilers) existing perennial herbs, vegetables, fruits and established growing areas for vegetables. 2 - 1 acre pastures, one sloping, 1 flat and a large turnout area, all with access to run in sheds and water. All fencing is stock fencing and suitable for any livestock. We currently have layers and sheep with plans of raising broilers and adding a couple of pigs this spring. Buildings include a 1450sq ft. 3 bedroom house, a 700sq ft. 1 bedroom cottage, 20x24 garage with electric, a 6 stall horse barn in renovation, with hay storage, and poultry area and a 60x120 indoor arena with electric, lights, sound system. Currently renovating horse barn into a central meeting area, food store with bathroom facility, handicap access. Property is developing positively. Ideally we are a cooperative small farm/homestead which can accommodate a large variety of farm uses and in need of a farmer to utilize existing areas suited to growing..  Owner would like to keep the farm in the family. The farm is currently seeking ADU grant to add a 1 bedroom apartment to the barn.  We would love to have you come visit to see if this is something you would be interested in developing.
