We prefer someone looking for open fields to cultivate hay, use for pasture of livestock, or other crops that do not involve herbicides or other chemicals (organic practices required). About 9 years ago beans were grown in the field. Over the last 8 years there has been some cattle and sheep rotationally grazed on the land. The last 2 years has just been hay.
Tenure Options
We are looking to lease the land to someone who is able to qualify for the agricultural assessment. This is a requirement so only inquire if you are able to qualify. Short term lease to start with option to extend if agreement has worked out.
