Open fields are about 40 acres with the remaining land forested. The fields have been used for hay and were hayed in 2025. The fields do have some slope to them. I prefer to see the land stay in field crops production.

Tenure Options
Interested farmers must be able to qualify for the agricultural assessment. I have been leasing the land to a farmer for 10 years who was able to qualify, but they are no longer able to use the land. Looking to connect with another farmer who can maintain the assessment. Have been doing a year to year renewal lease but could consider longer options.
