This is currently raw land. Krescovia is a live on film and art studio with BnBs, soundstage and a commercial center planned with gallery, screening room, event space and cafes. We are also planning 22 edible botanical gardens. Whoever comes on to work these will have land for a home and joint ownership of the gardens. We’re designing them to act as film backdrops, but food produced, events and tours will go to who comes on the land. Check out our designs in the attached PDF.

We will have a wide array of crops-orchard fruits, flowers, herbs, fruits, vegetables, medicinals, small vineyard. We plan to have a small flock of laying hens, goats and guinea fowl. We may eventually have a few horses or cows. The animals are more for residents as opposed to commercial as we can’t have a huge number of them with what else we’re doing on the land.

We are open to collaborations and things we haven’t planned. The only thing we want is for these gardens to not just produce a commercial amount of food, but that they are highly designed for film sets and events. We have artists, set designers and architects working on the land and design, so this will be a really unusual, beautiful place and fabulous opportunity for the right people.
