We are an operating grass-based dairy & livestock farm with a variety of potential opportunities. We are ISO of folks who would like to establish complimentary enterprises on parts of our farm that are either not currently utilized, or on our currently grazed pastures in ways that coexist with grazing cattle.

Potential ideas include (but not limited to): maple, mushrooms, bees/honey, poultry, sheep/goats, herbs, flowers, fruit, nuts, agroforestry, agritourism/education. There are also opportunities for employment or cooperative marketing with our existing business. We are flexible and open to discussion. We have a commercial kitchen and retail store on-farm. Possible housing options. Ideally looking to establish a long term relationship. Property will not be for sale.

We farm with regenerative practices and would prefer a potential applicant share this philosophy. Our cattle are Johnes tested negative and would require same for any ruminants on the property.
