Town does not allow animals to be raised for fur or slaughter. Only bees and livestock are allowed. Public events or access to the farm would have to be discussed. Open to CSA or U-pick, but events like festivals would have to be negotiated and investigated to see if allowed by the town. Horses would be allowed on site so long as the owner/barn manager would also rent and live on property. Town does prevent large manure pits or storage of manure on site so it would need to be spread daily or hauled away.
