The property is 2 lots totaling nearly 16 acres. Roughly 5 acres are wooded. Owner will occupy 2 acres on a secluded corner of the property. A mature orchard accounts for 5 acres. Hasn't been properly tended to in quite some time. Trees are still vigorous but disease and pest pressure is preventing them from flourishing. 3 acres is suitable for tilling but hasn't been turned in years. Willing to discuss some tree removal for additional tillable acreage, as trees are spread out a bit.

Would prefer to work with a practicing organic or low intervention farmer for this land. Our distillery uses some crops and our newly opened farmstand will have increased output over time. Pumpkins, squash, tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs etc (open to many possibilities here).
An ideal farmer also has some interest in care-taking the 200+ fruit trees established on the property.
Too small for bovine, but great for chickens. Maybe ducks.
