Clean and Humble Acres

Clean and Humble Acres is an experiment in farmland and music hermitage coming together. Founded as a recording studio and art space on 45 acres of farmland. Our goal is to build greenhouses for greenhouse farming primary focusing on teas and medicinal herbs as well as organic vegetables and fruits. We are also interested in sustainable farming, permaculture and forest farming. The property also has an eco-tourism/bushcraft outdoor recreation aspect. We plan to build some treehouses that can be used for hunting as well as primitive structures that will focus on both survival skills but also creative architecture. The goal is to build a botanic garden of sorts that can serve as an open air art gallery in some of these overhangs and tiny structures. Also in the works is a solar kiln for lumber drying and natural food drying. There are two hay fields on the property that are maintained by an Amish farmer who also grazes sheep and cows on the land. The land is certified organic! We hope to make a pumpkin patch plus cabbage and watermelons in a section of the smaller hay field.We have a Kubota tractor on the property. We also have a working recording studio so any farmer who also has an interest in music and fine art would be ideal. I am looking for a person to build with who understands and gels with my ethos. Also the right person will be free market capital minded, multifaceted and excited about the process.
