2 acres are farmed for produce, tree fruit, and livestock, but 25 open tillable acres remain available.
These areas have not been consistently farmed in 5+ years, but have been at least mowed once per year. Meadows are dominated by Ironweed and Goldenrod. 5 primary fields, separated by tree lines, but all are accessible by maintained trails. We are looking for an experienced farmer to utilize the land. We do have a market for products on the farm depending on what the incoming farmer plans to produce. We currently have a farm and culinary event space on the land that are open to the public.

Farm History & Past Use
Historically the farm was a large dairy and cows were pastured on land and some land was grown for feed.
More recently, the area has mostly been mowed and a small amount of corn was produced.
Tenure Options
We are looking to have someone farm at least 6 acres of land, preferably hay, but are open to other field crops, produce, grains, or flowers. We prefer something that would not require a lot of infrastructure to be built in the fields as well as limited plastics used and organic methods of production.
Would start with a short-term lease, long-term is negotiable with the right fit. Looking for someone experienced who can manage and start-up the operation with little assistance. We do however have some equipment and tools that could be shared as needed.
